Well, I am VERY glad I bought this phone. I had been looking over phones for about a week and decided on this one because I do not "run a business" through my phone, but I do like the latest technologies.

For people that practically run their computer on their phone, I would probably suggest just getting the iPhone or Blackberry Storm for the higher price, since their displays are so much larger and they are 3G. But for people like myself that simply call, text, listen to MP3's & the FM radio, and occasionally uses internet this is PERFECT!

PROS:
-Great look and feel, very sleek and small, an eye catcher
-Slider can be set to answer/end a call (my personal phone preference)
-Touch screen interface gives "latest technology" feeling
-SUPER speaker, best of any phone I've had
-Graphics are superb, did I say WOW?
-Price (if you are buying without contract), but I got mine on Amazon for $167
-VIBRATES & BEEPS with each touch screen button (iPhone does not!)
-I use T-Mobile, and it connects to their network with stellar reception (Tampa, FL)
-Ringtones are clear & crisp studio quality, again AMAZING speaker
-Has turn-by-turn GPS if your carrier provides service

CONS:
-Cannot change the touch screen shortcut keys (only a minor annoyance)
-No 3G connectivity (i don't need it personally)
-Smaller display than other touch screens
-AT&T customers beware of your area, may not work in 850Ghz zones
-VERY fingerprint prone, but hey it's a touch screen!

For those basic phone users who want the WOW factor without the WOW price, this one is the best. I even bought my wife the pink version the day mine arrived!

(P.S. The LG Venus is this phone's American predecessor, but that model has no touch screen vibration, no FM radio, and a few other minor flaws. This is the improved European version but works GREAT in the US also!)
