The Samsung X520 is a slim and stylish flip open phone which comes with a great finish and high performance features.

The phone works over a tri band network which will switch between GSM 900, GSM 1800 and GSM 1900 automatically.

The handset weighs a total of 80 grams and measures 89 x 42 x 18 mm which is slim and comfortable to hold in the users hand.

Phonebook of the phone can store up to 1000 entries up to 5 numbers for every contact. Phone can create user groups (up to 10), assign own call signal and an icon to a group and has about 2.8 MB internal memory. The user can add and change ringtones to suit their taste which can be heard as polyphonic ringtones with 40 voice.

Phone has fast dial for 8 numbers, automatic call redial and speakerphone.

The user can take a snap on the move with the Samsung x520 as the built in VGA camera is user friendly and quick to operate.

The IrDA technology is easy to use and allows the user to connect any other compatible device with ease.

The user can stay in contact with friends, family and colleagues using the messaging services which include text messaging (SMS), multimedia messaging (MMS) and instant messaging.

The user can use the multimedia message service (MMS) to send a photo or video recording to compatible multimedia messaging service (MMS) contacts.
