Sony Ericsson Z300a

The Sony Ericsson Z300a is a compact and neat clamshell opening mobile phone which comes in a choice of granite grey or amethyst purple colored casing.

The phone measures 85.5 x 45 x 23 mm and weighs 91 grams which makes it very compact and convenient to carry around. The Z300a comes with 650 Kbytes of memory which provides the user with space to store their phone book entries, messages and ringtones.

The Sony Ericsson Z300a comes with a soft navigation key and a well spaced out keypad that is very user friendly.

The Z300a comes with a crystal decor set which consists of small stick on crystals which the user can add to the phone to make is really sparkle and dazzle of attention. The user can change the look of their phone with the use of additional Style Up covers that can be easily removed and replaced on the front section and on the rear section of the phone. The Style Up covers are an optional extra that the user may wish to purchase.

The phone comes with a useful external screen which can display the time in a digital format or in a tradition clock format which is very effective. The external screen also displays the contacts name and number when an incoming call is made. The internal screen provides a bright and colorful display of 65k colors on a STN screen.

The Sony Ericsson Z300a comes with a picture phone book feature with allows the user to add a picture to contacts in their phone book and can create a fun and personal feel to the phone. The phone comes with picture wallpaper, wallpaper animation, screensaver and themed displays which to user can select to suit their mood. The themed displays can change the background pattern, background colors and the text color to create a bold or subtle statement.

The user can enjoy keeping in contact with friend with the use of the text messaging service (SMS) and multimedia messaging service (MMS) which are provided on the phone. The user can make text input simple by selecting the predictive text input method which will automatically anticipate the word that the user is starting to write, which allows the user to write a word with one or two keys being pressed. The user can change the size of the text which can make the message much clearer and more dramatic. The user can locate the messaging services quickly by simply making a left press on the navigation key the Z300a will take the user straight to the messaging menu. The multimedia messaging service allows the user to send a message complete with text, sound and image to any MMS compatible mobile phone user.

The user can create their own ringtones with the built in melody composer and enjoy the 32 voice polyphonic ringtones.

The Z300a comes with a picture phone book, easy to use calendar, calculator, alarm clock, stopwatch and tasks feature. The user can create or join a conference call with more than one friends at time.
