I chose Virgin Mobile thinking they would be a good company. I have never been treated so rudely by customer service people in my life. In multiple conversations and speaking to numerous people I never got the same answer twice. It was a nightmare.
I ended up throwing away the phone and losing my money. I feel stolen from.
I would never do business with this company again. Huge mistake in the first place.

I had this phone for one day before the screen blew up..hadn’t even made a call! My problems started when I installed the battery; I couldn’t get the battery cover back on to save my life. After about 20 minutes I finally succeeded but it never really aligned properly with the bottom of the phone. I imagine if I’d kept the phone I would have been replacing the cover regularly.
Then I couldn’t get it activated. I tried on line and their web site crashed, then when I called for help the phone wouldn’t take the commands their rep told me to put in. I had to take the battery out and start over twice!
Finally I thought I had it, went to bed that night without using it and when I turned it on the next day the screen was corrupted with some kind of red “splat!” graphic. Nothing I did made it come back on and I could not get an answer from VM about what it could be. Finally I contacted Amazon and arranged a return which is now in progress. They promised me a full refund. We’ll see

Pros: Very compact, sleek and cool, sharp screen, very affordable.
Cons: Buttons are WAY too small (i frequently mis-dial), battery dies VERY quickly (re-charge every 3 days?! crazy).
I’m ready to ask for a return, awesome looking phones only go so far.

This phone was ok at the start and then I discovered when I locked the keys to put it in my pocket it could still dial 911! Pressing a combination of keys in my pocket dialed 911, and I had them call me back 3 or 4 separate times asking what my emergency was. I had a phone like this before from virgin mobile where you could lock the keys when its in your pocket, and I never had 911 call me. Luckily this phone went through the washer on accident I guess it was an accident, and it gave me a reason to get a new phone. I now have the LG Flare from virgin mobile and it has been an excellent cell phone. I wouldn’t recommend this phone unless you have a lot of unexpected emergencies.
