im guessing your with sprint?
i have verizon, all my friends have verizon phones. the chocolate's videos arent TOO bad...but not great, the voyager has pretty ok video quality. i think the dare also has decent quality. but outside of verizon, the Helio Ocean has pretty good video quality. as for the time limit, you should be able to switch it to record as much memory is left.

Well assuming your with either Verizon or Sprint for this phone... You have to buy a phone from them. They will not allow you to get a phone that they don't sell and connect it with them, they have to be a Verizon or Sprint Branded phone depending on the company. Now a days most phones with Verizon have the Verizon interface. Alot of there phones features are cut down from this interface or Operating system. Its basically how they set there phones like cutting the bluetooth and not being able to send ringtones or pictures to your friends using bluetooth and of course time on video recording. For verizon the recording time, if they are running the Verizon Operating system Idea RED MENU is how you can tell and , its only going to be 15 seconds most of the time since verizon has that cut. For sprint they also regulate the features too but not as bad. Most of Sprints phones can record more longer periods of time at about a minute I THINK... The phone you have is a 1.3 camera. If you want better video your going to have to find something higher which right now alot of phones are coming out with 2.0 Megapixel Cameras and I think it will help you out a little bit. I currently have a Blackberry 2.0 megapixel camera phone that was updated and can currently take Video and the videos comes out great! Now for Verizon and Sprint I am not sure if a Blackberry doesn't have the update to take video that I know of. I dont have verizon or sprint, sorry. But I am not sure what your budget is or spending limit for the phone but just look for any phone that is 2.0 mega pixel and it should come out more clear then your 1.3 megapixel phone. HOPE THIS HELPS!

I would have to suggest the LG Dare or the Samsung Soul SGH-U900.
Both are killer phones with great cameras.
